Fitness that's fun, for everyone.

I am a CIMPSA Qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor based in Ashtead–Leatherhead, Surrey.

My interest in fitness and exercise took hold in my twenties with running and a few sprint triathlons before I fell so in love with strength training, it led me to Powerlifting and then competitions.

Since hanging up my lifting belt, I've dived back into swimming, returned to Irish dancing for fun, and harbouring an ambition to (maybe) do another sprint triathlon.

Having been through hip surgery and an extensive rehabilitation process, I understand the ups and downs of having to work around injury and build back gradually. That experience shapes everything about how I coach — patient, encouraging, and always focused on doing things properly.

I set up Ashtead Circuits for three reasons:

  • I want people to feel like strength and conditioning style exercise and fitness is for them.
  • Everyone deserves access to welcoming classes, whether they're brand new to fitness or returning after a break.
  • Group fitness classes are such an endorphin boost. It's 50 mins you get to concentrate on yourself and blow off some steam!

Come and give a class a go!
